So many people, both friends and clients, that I speak with lately, seem to be complaining about how busy they are. I have to admit, even me!
Although even though I sometimes (well maybe often) complain, the truth is that how busy we are is up to us. We decide what to give priority to in our lives and if we don’t make these decisions through conscious thought and planning then generally we are not taking ownership of our time.
Now days when someone says “A little birdie told me” then it’s not because they heard a whisper around the office. It’s more likely that they have been twittering or tweeting!

Over the last couple of weeks I’ve been experiencing Twitter!
Twitter is a social networking site that is also a bit like a mini blog. The concept of Twitter revolves around the question of ‘What are you doing now?”. With Twitter you answer this question as little or as often as you like, each time containing your answer to 140 characters or less.
