Leverage - Strategy 1

Strategy 1 is LEVERAGE
In a nutshell this is about leveraging time and expertise by creating information products and programs. You’ll see I have already started to do this with my new programs and my existing information products.
Information Products allow you to deliver your message to more people at once, and therefore brings the
cost down for your clients in accessing your expertise. It also allows you to make more money because it remove limitations on quantity, time and therefore income.
This strategy is what takes you from working hour to hour, and dollar to dollar and being limited by an income cap to a scenario where you intensely create (information products that is!) and then you collect (the money that is!).
** Create then Collect! **
Let me give you an example on how this could work.
Let’s say you are a personal coach and you have a system that you work through with each client. Each client may vary somewhat in timing but in general they move through your ‘system’ step by step. Working one on one this way you are limited by your own time and ability to manage only so many clients at any one time.
Using leverage you could turn your system into an information program - perhaps an audio training program on CD, a teleseminar series or a personal workbook and guide. Are you then limited to sell this to only a certain number of clients? Of course not.
The limits are removed allowing you to make a lot more money and helping many more people with your system. This is fair exchange - you serve more people - you receive more reward.
Remember - Create then Collect!
This also leverages you as the expert and enables you to charge more for personal coaching. You’re market grows and there will always be a certain number of clients who buy your system as an information product who will want to move up to work one on one with you to implement the system with your help.
